Terms of Service
These terms apply when you install or use OrderCadence, operated by Burmolle Dev, Mikkel Burmølle.
The service
OrderCadence lets Shopify merchants schedule recurring B2B draft orders. It creates drafts only. You remain responsible for reviewing each draft, confirming prices, taxes, inventory, payment terms and customer details, and deciding whether to send or complete the order.
Your responsibilities
You must have authority to use the connected Shopify store and its data, keep your Shopify account secure, configure schedules accurately and use the app in accordance with applicable laws and Shopify’s terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice when practical. During beta, the app is provided without an app charge. Any future paid plan will be presented through Shopify before a charge is accepted.
Termination
You can stop using the service by deleting schedules or uninstalling the app. We may suspend access for misuse, security risks or legal requirements.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and Burmolle Dev is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
