Privacy Policy
OrderCadence is operated by Burmolle Dev, Mikkel Burmølle. This policy explains how the app processes data when a Shopify merchant installs and uses it.
Data we process
We process the merchant’s Shopify store domain and authorized-user session data; Shopify B2B company, location and contact identifiers; company and location names; selected product and variant identifiers and titles; quantities, schedule settings and time zone; and draft-order identifiers, run status and error details. OrderCadence does not request customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
Why we process it
We use this data only to let merchants create and manage recurring B2B schedules, create Shopify draft orders, prevent duplicate runs, display activity and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising, profiling or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Sharing and storage
Data is exchanged with Shopify to provide the app and stored with Render, our hosting and database provider. Production data is encrypted at rest. Connections to the app use HTTPS, and external database connections use TLS. We do not disclose data to other third parties unless required by law.
Retention and deletion
Schedule data is kept while the app is installed and the schedule is needed. Merchants can delete schedules at any time. Operational run history is retained for up to 12 months, and privacy-request records for up to 30 days. Store data is deleted when the app is uninstalled or when Shopify sends a verified shop-redaction request. Data connected to a verified customer-redaction request is deleted. Provider backups expire according to the provider’s backup schedule.
Your choices
Merchants can view, change, pause or delete schedules in the app. Customers should first contact the merchant that controls their Shopify data. Merchants can contact us to request access, correction or deletion connected to OrderCadence.
